Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or otherwise using juicebunnytv.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and age verification

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that age is higher.
• You must confirm your age at registration, and you must not misrepresent it.
• You are responsible for ensuring that accessing adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, transfer or allow others to use your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@juicebunnytv.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

• Subscription plans, prices and billing periods are displayed at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
• Payments are processed by third-party processors and are subject to their terms.

5. Refunds

Because access to digital content is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a payment was made in error or without authorisation. Contact support@juicebunnytv.com to raise a refund request; we consider each case individually and in good faith.

Physical products purchased from the store may be returned in accordance with the store returns information provided at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Record, download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from the Service.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security or access-control features.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content or member data.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material.
• Post, request or attempt to access any content involving minors. This results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or attempt to identify creators or other members.
• Solicit off-platform contact or payment from creators in breach of platform rules.
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Service — video, images, text, branding and software — is owned by Juice Bunny or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view content while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

Unauthorised distribution of our content is a serious violation and may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Creators

Creators who apply and are accepted onto the platform are subject to additional creator terms, including identity and age verification, content standards, and revenue-share arrangements agreed at onboarding. Creators warrant that they own or control all rights in the content they submit and that every person appearing in it was at least 18 years old at the time of production.

9. Live sessions and calls

Where the Service offers live video sessions, these are charged at the rate displayed before the session begins. Recording, screenshotting or redistributing a live session is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

10. Store purchases

Physical products are described as accurately as possible, but colours and packaging may vary. Age-restricted products are sold only to buyers aged 18 or over. Shipping times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required by law or by our payment providers. You may close your account at any time. No refund is due for a period during which your account was terminated for breach.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular content will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juice Bunny and its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection right available to you in your country of residence.
