DMCA & Content Removal
Juice Bunny respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below and we will act promptly.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to support@juicebunnytv.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request", including all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the specific URL or URLs so we can locate it.
- Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay processing. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and to remove or disable infringing material promptly.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
We may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated. We maintain records of notices received and action taken.
Non-consensual content
Separately from copyright, we remove immediately any content published without the consent of a person depicted in it, including so-called "revenge" material and recordings made without consent. You do not need to own copyright to request removal on these grounds.
Email support@juicebunnytv.com with the subject line "Urgent — Non-Consensual Content", describing the content, its location, and your relationship to it. These reports are prioritised above all other queues.
False claims
Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
